Yes. On the insurance plan, your visits and medications are billed to your insurance and you pay $99 a month for the rest. Your Peak plan handles prior authorizations when your insurance requires them. After you join, you add your insurance details in the Peak app.
Every medication that can go through your insurance does, at your pharmacy co-pay, and Peak handles the prior authorizations. For what insurance will not cover, compounded medications are available through Peak.
Yes. Your Peak plan covers both. Peak doctors are trained in longevity medicine and evaluate cardiovascular risk as part of any hormone decision, so you are not waiting on a referral to clear a prescription.
Your Peak doctor decides with you what medications may be appropriate after your first visit. Many members are prescribed more than one treatment, when medically deemed appropriate.
Peak is longevity primary care. For the prescriptions connected to menopause, chronic conditions, cardiovascular and cognitive risk and the everyday medications you already take, and the midlife risks worth getting ahead of, your Peak plan can handle them. Some patients believe this is sufficient to replace their primary care doctor and others keep their primary care doctor for an in-person touchpoint.

You will have your first visit in 3 to 5 days and we can start a prescription at that time. Your first lab panel will be back within the first two weeks, and we can always adjust treatment accordingly.
You've waited long enough. It's time to feel like you again.
